Q: Does Old Growth use A.I.?
A:While we may utilize automatic coloring filters within editing software, A.I. is not used when restoring photographs.
Q: Does the size of a submitted photo affect the overall quality of the restored image?
A: The finished product of a small-dimensioned photograph may appear of lower image quality than that of a larger photograph.
Q: Does Old Growth offer photo scanning?
A: As of July 2024, we do not offer scanning. Photographs must be pre-scanned before submitted.
Q: How long does the restoration take?
A: Finished photos will be sent to clients within 7 days of transaction, via email.
Q: What is the best way to contact Old Growth?
